Music was my first love
Alright, less than 24 hours to go until Gurtenfestival kicks off. It will be the it-event of the summer here, up on the mountain above Bern. You will meet a lot of people, you'll listen to great music, you'll hang out backstage and in the VIP-zone, you'll getting free drinks, make some video interviews with KT Tunstall, Amy MacDonald, Ville Valo, maybe with Paolo Nutini. You will controll the marketing programms you put together and be angry if the one product isn't in the spotlight like it should be. And you will tell the students who work for you to go harder and bring more feedback. You will hang out with collegues and bosses and show them what good shit we've got up there. And you'll have to get up the next morning and you will walk up the mountain again and the next day and the next day. You'll have to explain to everybody why you're wearing 3 different badges and 3 different wristbands And there will be rain, there will be mudd, there will be sun, there will be sweat, there will be a dry shirt in my bag and Sunday evening you'll be exhausted and looking forward to the next year.
